Peter O'Dell
is a random collection of emotions and experiences that are too hard to explain in a paragraph or two. His extensive career covers software, manufacturing, security, and professional services. He was the president of Autodesk Retail Products after an IT career. He is a cofounder and director of Swan Island Networks, a cloud-based situational awareness intelligence platform. He works with wounded warriors and veterans through www.fishingcommunity.org and is a four-year Army veteran.
Pete has written three other technical books and has a blockbuster fiction book that he can’t finish. He’s an avid fly fisherman, ardent futurist, occasional marathoner and a bad, bad golfer. He’s grateful for his recently marked seventy years on this planet and the chance to spend the rest of his days/months/years working on kicking loneliness to the dustbin of history. You can reach him at pete@perdata.ai.

Johan Wikman
Johan has spent his professional life building systems that bring people together at scale. He is a veteran technology founder who has led engineering and product teams across fast growing startups, public companies and high-pressure transformations. His work bridges complex systems with the humans who trust and use them.
Born in Sweden, he relocated to California at twenty and learned early how movement sets and reshapes identity, friendship and belonging. Rebuilding community across countries and careers sharpened his understanding of how fragile adult connection can be, and how powerful it becomes when designed with intention. As co-founder and CTO of Perdata.ai he leads the development of Conexus, a platform used to create real, in-person connections at conferences, workplaces and communities. His work addresses the loneliness epidemic by replacing passive attendance with structured, human connection.
Johan now lives in the Pacific Northwest with his best friend and life partner, Sheila. He runs and hikes long distances to think clearly and stay grounded. His writing reflects a conviction proven throughout his career as a leader of eams and member of communities. At the core of his work is a simple belief: Strong human connection makes life better and keeps people alive longer. You can reach him at johan@perdata.ai
